Groups

Sometimes it is easier just to know you are not alone.

Our group therapy and support group classes can offer support, feedback, and connection in an environment where participants feel safe to listen, share, and address their past trauma. With a comforting sense of community in a collaborative therapeutic environment, attendees are free to focus on coping strategies and rehabilitation.

Identity & You

Identity is the compilation of lifestyle, beliefs, and sense of self as an individual and place in the world. Developing YOUR identity can be fulfilling and exciting but it can also be a source of discomfort. It’s time to NORMALIZE those feelings! It’s not easy to question what you believe apart from your family/ friend beliefs. It’s hard to know what truly makes you happy. The purpose of this group is to explore YOU; while improving your self-esteem and developing a strong, healthy identity AND to have fun, be creative, try out new ideas, and meet new people.
