Groups
Sometimes it is easier just to know you are not alone.
Our group therapy and support group classes can offer support, feedback, and connection in an environment where participants feel safe to listen, share, and address their past trauma. With a comforting sense of community in a collaborative therapeutic environment, attendees are free to focus on coping strategies and rehabilitation.
