Katharine is a client centered clinician. She is passionate about helping clients find what works best for them; helping you move towards the life that you want. A self-proclaimed geek, Katharine is interested in the ways in which pop culture can be incorporated into therapy for children and adolescents. While Katharine enjoys working with young people, she is dedicated to helping individuals of all ages find clarity, to enhance their sense of meaning and choice in their lives.
Prior to entering the mental health field, Katharine was a high school teacher. Her time in the education system honed her passion for working with people who struggle to find where they fit. In particular, Katharine strives to be an advocate for youth/young adults in the LGBTQ+ community, as well as neurodiverse individuals. She believes therapy should affirm who you are and help you find authentic ways of existing in the world.
