    Mental Health Professional
    Psychotherapist

I am deeply committed to providing a comfortable, compassionate, and supportive space where individuals can be themselves. My goal is to meet each person where they are, honoring their unique experiences and needs. I aim to be a genuine, empathetic listener for those who may not feel heard in other areas of their lives, creating a space where they can express and discover themselves without judgment. I take pride in being authentic and transparent with my clients, believing
that honesty and empathy are key in fostering real, meaningful connections.

Before my time at Elite, I worked with children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as women and nonbinary folks with substance use disorders and dual diagnoses. These experiences, as well as my education as a social worker, are what planted the roots of my practice in equity and dignity.

Together, we will work towards your goals, whether that means overcoming challenges or discovering your full potential. I look forward to being part of your journey, providing support, encouragement, and tools to help you navigate whatever you may face along the way.
