Maeve Nicoll, MSW, APSW

Advanced Practice Social Worker
Psychotherapist

I’m a mental health professional who is passionate about walking alongside people during some of life’s most tender, complex, and transformative moments. My work is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and a deep belief in each person’s innate ability to heal and grow.

I specialize in perinatal mental health, parenting, neurodivergence (including autism and ADHD), anxiety, and self-esteem. Whether I’m supporting someone adjusting to new parenthood, exploring their neurodivergent identity, or working through anxiety or self-doubt, I strive to offer a warm, validating, and nonjudgemental
space.

I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Instead, I work collaboratively with each client to understand their unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I draw from evidence-based practices, but I also center lived experience and intuition – both yours and mine – as powerful tools in the healing process. At the heart of my work is connection. I believe that being seen, heard, and supported in a safe relationship can create lasting change. Clients often describe me as grounding, gently curious, and someone who helps them feel more like themselves.

If you’re navigating the challenges of parenting, neurodivergence, anxiety, or self-worth – or simply feeling ready to reconnect with who you are – I’d be honored to support you.
