Our Team

Lynn has been drawn to understanding and supporting people navigating mental and physical health challenges for as long as she can remember. That lifelong passion continues to shape her work today. She approaches therapy as a collaborative process, encouraging clients to share their stories, struggles, and goals in a space that is supportive, direct, and non-judgmental. She has spent over two decades practicing in the mental health and intellectual and developmental disability field, working both independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams.

With over 20 years of experience in the field, Lynn brings both depth and practicality to her work. She believes that meaningful change happens when clients feel truly heard and actively involved in their treatment. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, she partners with clients to identify where they are, what barriers they may be facing, and where they want to go. Together, they create realistic, individualized treatment plans built around each client’s strengths, needs, and goals.

Lynn’s goal as a provider is to help clients build a strong foundation for long-term mental health by increasing insight, developing effective coping skills, and addressing past experiences of trauma with empathy and compassion. She believes that behaviors are often expressions of unmet needs or underlying emotions and works to help clients better understand themselves so they can move forward with confidence and independence.

Therapeutic Focus & Treatment Modalities

Lynn uses an eclectic therapeutic approach tailored to each client. Her work commonly incorporates elements of CBT, DBT-informed strategies, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based interventions. She frequently works with individuals experiencing trauma-related concerns, emotional regulation challenges, those with behavioral needs and those experiencing challenges with co-occurring intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health struggles.
