Caroline Davis, PhD, MS, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor
Psychotherapist
Mental Helath Professional

I believe that sustainable change can be achieved through compassion, understanding, and a commitment to personal growth. My counseling style is eclectic, flexible, and creative, allowing me to connect with a variety of personalities and experiences. Utilizing a diverse set of therapeutic approaches, I tailor treatment plans to meet each client’s unique needs to develop an evidence-based plan that truly resonates with you.

My career began by obtaining a PhD in Research Psychology where I studied the neurobiological basis of emotion, social cognition, and human performance under stress. Following 15+ years working in Academia and then the US Army, I decided to
shift my focus and obtained a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Moving from research to clinical work has allowed me to leverage my foundational understanding of human behavior and mental health to support those I work with on a deeper, more comprehensive level.

I’m here to help you identify your strengths, draw from your lived experiences, and equip you with practical skills and strategies to thrive in life. I look forward to meeting you and navigating this journey together.

Caroline currently has openings for individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, self-esteem, relationship issues, and/or life stress. She also has openings for couples counseling. Call or email today to schedule a free 10-minute consultation.
